No, the modem is not in bridged mode at all and the modem isn't port forwarded. There's your problem, the port needs to be forwarded to the router from the modem otherwise it never gets to the router in the first place. Okay, for reasons I won't mention, I bit the bullet and decided to move from an old version of utorrent, (the usual, 2.2.1) to a version of Deluge (1.3.11) on Windows 10. My torrents worked fine on utorrent, both seeding and downloading, but on Deluge I get "no incoming connections" and I can only download and don't seem to be uploading anything.
